With nearly a decade of experience in industry, Kelsey has consulted for a wide range of companies from seed stage startups to large enterprises including Autodesk and Thomson Reuters. During that time she’s supported multiple teams through successful Series B funding rounds. Her best work experiences have been on teams that recognised the value of diversity and inclusion early on, intentionally making it a part of company culture, and she is excited to support the work of TBC and its mission to make tech a more inclusive place.
